What home accessibility changes cost

Before a contractor visits, it helps to know roughly what to expect. Below are published national ranges from HomeGuide for the changes people ask us about most, with notes on what pushes a price up or down.

Kitchen table with a tape measure, reading glasses, coffee and a hand sketching a floor plan

These are published national ranges, not quotes. Your actual price could be higher or lower. The independent local contractor who visits your home sets the final price.
